Paul & Debbie's Truffier - Sunday Nov 2^nd 2025 from 2pm

Kiriwhakapapa (~15kms North of Masterton)

Paul and Debbie kindly invite you to have a look at their truffle farm on their 10 acre block 15 kilometres north of Masterton.

Debbie and Paul planted their Holm Oak truffle trees 5 years ago and have spread lots of lime but they have not harvested any truffles yet.

They are off-grid using solar panels for energy which we can use to boil water for afternoon refreshments after we have had a guided tour

and learnt about truffles. Paul will have just been to a truffle conference so he'll have lots to tell us.

A big thank you to Julian Bateson for suggesting this event and for asking Paul about hosting us.

· Tea & coffee and a biscuit (maybe two) will be provided around 3.30pm. Please bring your own cup.

· Children are welcome with adult supervision.

· Dogs can come along so long as they on leads. (Truffle sniffer dogs especially welcome!)

· There is parking on their property.
